Harvested: August 24, 2000.
Seeding Rate: 88,000 seed/acre in 30" rows.
Soil Type: Tifton loamy sand.
Soil Test: P = High, K = Medium, and pH = 6.4.
Fertilization: Preplant: 47 lb N, 25 lb P2O5, and 38 lb K2O/acre. Sidedress: 56 lb N/acre.
Previous Crop: Soybean.
Management: Subsoiled and bedded, rototilled; Aatrex and one cultivation used for weed control; Diazion and Karate used for insect control; Nemacur used for nematode control.
