Seeding Rate: Eight viable seeds per foot in 30" rows.
Soil Type: Cecil sandy clay loam.
Soil Test: P = High, K = Medium, and pH = 6.6.
Fertilization: 28 lb N, 56 lb P2O5, and 84 lb K2O/acre.
Previous Crop: Summer forage.
Management: Moldboard plowed and rototilled; Lasso and one cultivation used for weed control.
