Planted: October 2, 2000.
Seeding Rate: 50 lb/acre in 7" rows.
Soil Type: Appling coarse sandy loam.
Soil Test: P = Medium, K = Medium, and pH = 6.0.
Fertilization: Preplant: 49 lb N, 98 lb P2O5, and 147 lb K2O/acre.
Topdress: 20 lb N/acre on December 14, 2000 and 50 lb/N after 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th harvests.
Management: Moldboard plowed and rototilled.
Previous Crop: Wheat.
